A Medium Heavy Coated, Rutile Type Electrode (350 BHN)

Features:

B&H Hardelec-II is a medium heavy coated, rutile type electrode, deporting an air hardening type weldmetal of hardness approximately 350 BHN. The weldmetal is highly resistant to abrassive wear and has a fair degree of toughness. The weldmetal is machinable with carbide tools. A buffer layer of low hydrogen electrode (B&H-7016/B&H-7018) is recommended on carbon and low alloy wheels.

Brake Shoes, Shear blades, Wheels, Cams, Gears, Pullies, sprockets, couplings, conveyor parts, crawler parts, rollers, cold punching dies etc.
