Features:

B&H Hardelec-III is a medium heavy coated, rutile type hardfacing electrode, giving an air hardening type weldmetal of hardness, approximately 600 BHN. The welds are non machinable but can be ground. The weldmetal is resistant to severe abrasion and moderate impact.

Applications:

Metal cutting and forging tools, punches, dies, drilling bit shears and croppers, dredger bucket lips, plough shares, excavator teeth, conveyor bucket, crusher hammers, mixer blades, cane cutting knives etc.
